What are the arrival and departure times?

Pitches: Your pitch will be available from 11:30am. Please don’t arrive after 9:00pm. On your departure day, please vacate your pitch by 11:00am. During the busy season, changeover days for pitches are Friday, Saturday and Sunday.

Static caravans: Your caravan will be ready after 4:00pm. Please vacate it by 10:00am on your day of departure.

Apartments: Your apartment will be ready after 4:00pm. Please vacate it by 10:00am on your day of departure.

Can I choose a specific pitch?

If you’re using the booking form, please indicate this on the form. If you’re booking by phone, please just ask! We may not be able to give you your first choice, but we’ll always try. If you book a serviced pitch, you will still pay the serviced pitch rate even if you don’t use the electricity.

Friends are coming to visit me on site. Where can they park?

It’s a lovely place to visit, and your local friends are welcome. Please ask them to report to Reception when they arrive, and we’ll direct them.

We reserve the right to charge visitors for any use of the facilities (only those named on the booking may use our facilities) and in some instances, for parking.

Do we always have to book?

During the main holiday season, yes you need to, and well in advance! However as we’re open all year, we do have quieter periods and you may be able to call in and get a pitch or caravan on spec. However, it’s always worth a quick phone call in advance just to check.

What happens if I need to cancel my booking?

We have a cancellation policy. If you need to cancel, please call us on 01736 795855 as soon as you can.
