New St Ives Town Traffic Layout
St Ives town centre is to trial a new sustainable travel scheme starting 17th November, 2025. Please be aware this will impact your arrival at the park if you decide to come via St Ives town centre rather than the route we advise you to take to get to the holiday park. Update on Development
As some of our regular customers will know there has been building work taking place behind the holiday park.
We have been told this work is nearing completion and noise will now be to a minimum, we cannot guarantee no noise as they are still on site but the majority of the main build is now done.
We are still allowing a few lorries to continue coming through the park as this speeds them up finishing sooner rather than later and can only apologise if this effects you in any way.

With 30 miles of beautiful Atlantic coastline to admire, there can’t be many campsites with a view or location like ours. It’s no wonder that many of our guests return year after year for their fill of sea Ayr down here in the wonderful St Ives, Cornwall.
Ayr is open all year – so if you’re looking for a summer seaside holiday or prefer the peace and beauty of the Cornish winter, we’re an excellent base (and we’ve made sure the shower blocks are extra-cozy for off-season guests!).
We’ve been graded at 5 Pennant standards by the AA – so you can be confident that our facilities are excellent.

We are open from 8.30am daily, serving breakfast, lunch and dinner, last food orders are at 8pm.
