Heartlands is family friendly visitor attraction that is situated on a UNESCO 19-acre Cornish Mining World Heritage Site in Redruth.
Established to celebrate Cornish life, it is a fantastic place to entertain the kids, with lots of activities and attractions on site to learn, explore, play and relax. And even better is the fact that the mining museum and exhibition, diaspora gardens, a giant adventure playscape for kids, are all completely FREE to enjoy.
If it rains then why not visit the World Heritage exhibition, with its interactive exhibitions documenting the rise and fall of the tin mining industry in Cornwall. Or enjoy the stunning Diaspora Botanical Gardens, a beautiful experience even in the rain
