A Fresh Approach to a caravan holiday!
Modern "Static" caravans bear no resemblance to the stereotypical idea of caravans (cold, draughty, cramped, and damp). Modern holiday caravans are spacious, double glazed and centrally heated. They offer great value for families seeking a self catering holiday in St Ives, with full kitchen facilities, dining and comfortable seating areas and separate bedrooms. Our largest caravans even offer two toilets, to avoid queuing outside the washroom, and many offer direct en-suite access to the washroom from the master bedroom.
Our self catering holiday caravans are clean, bright and comfortable. Many offer superb sea views and our Type B caravans even have sliding patio doors to the outside seating area. We offer a range of layouts and caravan types to suit different needs and budgets. Individual descriptions, and floor plans, can be seen on the pages by clicking on the diagrams above.
Following our inspection, we have been granted the Rose Award for 2007. This award is given only to those parks with high overall standards and is applied to individual caravans on the park. The Tourist Board was happy to give the award to every one of our self catering holiday caravans as they are all modern and maintained to a high standard. In addition, the park has earned a FOUR STAR "excellent" quality grading.

All caravans have colour television & video, toilet, shower and hot and cold water to wash basins and sinks. They also have a cooker, fridge (types A, B, C & D also have a freezer) and microwave oven. All feature modern, easy to clean surfaces and attractive furnishings. All have heaters in the lounge. There are shaver sockets and electric points for hairdryers, radios etc. The main bedroom is fitted with a double bed, wardrobe and dressing table, whilst the other bedrooms have single beds and wardrobes. Duvets are supplied in all caravans. All caravans have double glazing and full central heating. Caravans from 2003 have CD players whilst those from 2006 have DVD players.
Pets
As indicated, most caravans are "pet free". If you specifically require a caravan that does not allow pets please indicate so when you make a booking. Pet owners should refer to the Terms and Conditions for details about bringing their pet to stay at Ayr Holiday Park.
