By concentrating on only our own properties, you can be assured that the accommodation you book will be well maintained, clean and of the standard you and your party deserves. Our holiday accommodation provides self catering cottages, houses and apartments for parties ranging between 2 and 8 people, with properties to suit couples looking for a quiet and romantic getaway as well as larger family parties including babies.
These holiday homes are available all year round, so why not try a winter holiday in St. Ives? You may not get a sun tan, but you can enjoy the coastal walks, the gardens, parks and restaurants. The art galleries and studios are open and there is the wildlife and ancient monuments where you can browse in virtual solitude without the summer crowds. If you really want to get away from it all and relax, come to St Ives in the autumn or winter - you will see how attractive the prices are too.
Our high quality self catering holiday accommodation includes many features not normally available in holiday properties. As with all types of Ayr's holiday accommodation, our aim is to ensure the comfort and care of our guests by exceeding expectations wherever possible. The majority of our properties come with gardens or outside patio areas, providing you with a private space to enjoy the sun, the view and maybe a barbecue or some "al fresco" dining.
When you are planning a holiday your expectations are high. To help reassure you, all our properties are inspected and graded under the (English Visit Britain Tourist Council) Quality Assurance Scheme, gaining a three star quality grading. In addition, since we only let our properties, and are not agents for other people, should any problems arise we can quickly arrange to sort them out.
Where there are 2'6" beds, this is because it is impractical to install 3' beds due to the size, or layout of particular bedrooms. You may decide that these beds are best suited for children.
All but one of our properties are let on a Saturday to Saturday basis, the exception being let on a Friday to Friday basis.
