An exceptional house in a half acre of garden, commanding superb views over the sea, with large lawns that are ideal for family games, barbecues or sunbathing.
There is ample parking space for at least three cars and the house comfortably sleeps seven people, plus a baby, in three rooms. The main bedroom has a double bed and a 3' single bed plus cot. The second bedroom has two 3' twin beds and the third has two 3' single beds. The main bedroom opens out onto the balcony with great views of the sea.
The bedrooms and bathrooms are upstairs but there is an additional shower room and toilet downstairs. The large lounge and dining room leads through a breakfast room into the garden and is adjacent to the well equipped kitchen.
Once the house of the artist, Bernard Ninnes RCA, Hayeswood is now a comfortable holiday home for the larger family.
